Smoking is very bad habit and can cause any serious heart diseases like cancer and even cause death. If anyone is chain smoker or frequently smoke, he must control the habit urgently. Well quitting smoking is very hard, but it’s not impossible. If anyone wants to quit and makes hard promise to self, he can definitely get rid of the habit.
You will surely fail several times during your journey, but should not be the reason that you can’t quit. There are several things you things you should do to quit smoking. Drink lots of water in starting days to flush out toxic deposit. Avoid alcohol, sugar and coffee. Do exercise, go to gym, take steam bath, do yoga.

I have difficulty Quitting Smoking. Now i am trying these Nicotine Patches so that i can Stop Smoking as soon as possible. I hope these nicotine patches works.

i have not been smoking for about 2 years now thanks to nicotine patches and a lot of self-discipline. the withdrawal symptoms i got from quitting smoking was not nice though.
